Hey members be sure to check out Eliza's video at the beginning of the site when you sign in.. She may have a new invention on her hands.. More power to her causes he does have a point. When we have to sit at the computer day after day .. work related or whatever.. having the option to exercise while doing it is great.. Eliza.. Those phone books add a great touch.. Good luck with this project..

Djaylio when you first come to the site and the background is in blue green. There is a white square to the right top of the page.It then turns into the video. click on to the arrow and watch it.. Maybe Ayrad can link it separately for you if you don't see it when you first come to the site.
all things Eric are on the left of the page to click on to and view as well. Have you never checked any of that out.. Go for it..Lots of info..
