HI Eric. One of your biggest fans here. SUNFLOWER. I have so many questions to ask but I will try to keep it brief.

1. I know it was very sad when you lost your horse Silk. Have you ever got another horse.?Do you still have Sagan?? I love horses and I have a couple of nice photos of you with your horse. Do both you and Eliza ride?

2. What are the names of your dogs.??Maybe you can post some photos of them.We are all such pet lovers here.

3. WE have been debating here what your favourite foods are. I read one thing that it was kookaroo chicken something like that. Tell us WHAT your favourite foods are. I do know that you enjoy your stepdaughter's(Morgan) prepared foods. What are your favourites of her preparations??

4. I am still looking for school photos of you.. Darya didn't have any. Where can we dig some up?? I want some of Eliza too. I think I found one..

5. What will be your next project ?? I know you are a busy guy. Areyou going to do any music videos again. They were fun to watch.
I loved the Mariah Carey one. Was she fun to work with.

6. When do you think you will be up to Canada again to film. How about Keaton?? Think he will ever do a show in Winterpeg(Winnipeg)..??

Wonder if you still remember me as i last time have send few question before and you also have sent me a authograph around last year April...

Question 1:
Can i ask normally how many days do your take to memorize the script before filming??
as i see, you always in movie able to speak so well continuously eventhough a long conversation in a single scene...



Question 2:
Im a university student. Everytime during my presentation i totally couldn't to speak so easily like you do in movie..
sometimes i accidentally forgot some part of what i memorize and nervous when get on the stage infront of so many audience...
as you are good infront of camera, im sure it will be the same as on stage infront of lots audience, right? if can, i just want to try learning the same tactics as you...
any tips or advice for me to learn the skills?

Question 3:
Would you mind if we(include me and group of forum members) make a appointment with you then travel in a group to meet you and just have a chat(to say halo)?? It would be around when you are not filming any movie(holiday)...
Haha... Just asking for fun...

I met and spoke with you in Kiev 2005 in a studio, on presskonferention about film "Avrora",and speech pronounced, that journalists did not set you identical uninteresting and foolish questions!
And I then to you did not set questions - I told about that, how a few years was in the real coma of soul and could not poetize. And only you by a film " In cold blood " in 1998
brought through my soul and compelled to come to love life. And poetize!
And you wrote an autograph for me on a book of Truman Capote "In cold blood" and cassette "La Cucaracha".This was the real magic and enormous gladness for me!

Last year you long worked in Moscow on the surveys of films, but I did not arrive. I am sorry, but I simply disbelieved that I will have possibility to talk with you again. In Moscow you were in rich, official and solemn society. And I simply look like a hippie. A guard would keep out me to come to you. I now twit itself with cowardice.
It so sadly!

Question 1.
Whether you will arrive to Moscow on presentation of film "Prophet. Mission of fifth angel"? And when will it be?


In 2006-2007 I wrote to you a few letters with my pictures and translations of my verses to e-mail [e-mail], but I do not even know, did you read it? Then I left off to write, because I thought, that it not interesting to you.
It so tragic! Ha-ha! I'm just not a Star...
I simply lantern, but stars are not friends with by lanterns...

How do you think, I am very stupid, if I dream to be your friend in the soul?

About "In cold blood".
When I looked this film in first, I did not yet read a book. Character of Perry Smith very deeply with pain penetrated in my soul, and I understood that Perry had killed nobody. He simply took on your own a stranger guilt for murder of these people and decided that the best punishment for that he did not rescue Clutters, there will be death.

Question 3.
Do you think also, that Perró killed nobody? And what circumstances did prevent him to rescue Ñlutter's family?

About "The Last Temptation of Christ".
It is of genius work, one of my favourite movies in the world.
Last year I read in one of your Moscow interviews, that in 1989 Martin Scorsese invited you on a leading role in this film, but you renounced. I was in the real shock! Willem Dafo also wonderful wise actor, and he played Jesus splendidly, but you would carry out this role differently, one's own way deeply and tragic! I often imagined you in this role. For me there is Christ - foremost not simply icon, but tragic contradictory person!!!!!!

Question 4.
What circumstances did compel you not to accept the role of Jesus in the context of this film?
If you are a not religious person, I will support you - I have philosophical attitude toward religion.

Hello Ronnie. I just read your questions to Eric They are so honest and heartfelt. I know he will be compelled to answer .. It is so wonderful that you had the chance to meet him. Did you meet Eliza as well. ?Are you a journalist?Were you talking about yourself being in a coma??)Or Eric??) If so what a terrible experience for you to go through..I am sorry if I don't understand all your English but I am trying.. I am Canadian and there is a lot of slang in our language so if there is something you don't understand when I am writing let me know.Thank you also for sharing your autographed book .. "In Cold Blood" and movie cassette La Cucaracha. You know once seeing the Trueman Capote movie(Biography) I understood more what he was trying to tell us in the book. I own that one as well..I know this thread is for questions to Eric but I just had to respnd. Darya will let you know when the answers to our questions will be available.. Check out some of the answers Eric gave to the last batch of Questions..

A "heartfelt coma" - "coma of soul " is my vivid expression, when I had the strongest depression and complete indifference to life. My body functioned normally, but a psyche suffered, and the soul felt nothing. It was almost 4 years after strong shocks of the soul.

With Eliza I did not meet, she not arrived to Kiev.

I am a not journalist, I am a painter and poet. I need to talk with Eriñ is not for massmedia, but only for my soul.

My English is very poor. I use the program translator, therefore my phrases can be built uncorrected. Because the program always translates text very clumsily.

Hi Eric, I have not seen any of the Batman movies before, but I will watch Dark Knight because you are in it. So this one will be a first for me.


Question:

In Dark Knight you are working with so many diverse actors, Morgan Freeman, Keith Ledger, Michael Caine but looks like from the trailers I seen you all pull it together. What do you think contributes to this.
