I did not know that both Eric & Julia stutterred as children.Caught this news today.

Interesting I wonder if they will, they could help others with their stuttering. I heard that Eric stuttered but I didn't hear about Julia stuttering. Thanks Sunflower

I think I already told you Sunflower, that I knew that Eric had that problem stuttering, but I didn't know that Julia had that problem as child also.
I had a Cousin that stuttered real bad, but he got help from one Lady that was assigned to come down to grammer school that we went to. She was some kind of a speech therapist. She was Heaven Sent, as far as we were concerned , even if we had to stay after school.I had a real bad lisp. Whew! It was terrible. he stuttered, and I had a bad lisp. I still remember her name. Miss Fergerson. Bless her for that. Only three of us were there for the sessions. Once a week, she would come in after school.

Yes I do remember you mentioning it some time ago Dee. I came across the article when I was searching for "new" stuff.
I didn't know you had a lisp when you were young. How did they correct it?? My neice Sandra also had a lisp but she underwent almost 9 years with braces on her teeth and she doesn't have it anymore. That is such a long time to have to wear braces on your teeth. My oldest son wore braces to correct a space in his teeth. but he didn't have to wear them that long.. I do notice with Eric's interviews it still comes out from time to time but I love his voice and could listen to it all day.. hmmm
