I am on Twitter, but I am hopelessly devoted to Facebook.  I am back to working day shift, and I prefer that. I am learning how to use a Mac & I am loving it! I have been feeling a creative surge. I want to make something for a baby gift, but I'm not going to be able to spend for a bit (estimates are about two to three weeks). I'd like to buy some baby-themed fabric, as I have none. I'm also reading a fantastic book at the moment. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. The movie will be coming out next weekend, and I am so excited! |

Glad to hear you are bring more creative.. I guess the only place I am creative is maybe in my poems. I so love to write..Some are deep and despair and others are just plain silly.. but it is a fun thing.. I also love to read other people's poetry.. I am one to analyse everything I read aye.. sooo Ronnie.. send me a couple of your poems.. You have a gift..

I've finished the book today & my goodness, did I ever bawl!! I was reading it at work while I waited for it to start or for the bus. Thank goodness I didn't reach the sad parts while at work! I would have been a mess.
No, no more tattoos yet. I'm still thinking of ideas. I cannot believe it's been a little over 3 months since my first. Wow!
Creativity is a big part of me. I find myself drawn to it and those that are creative.

Yes, you must put it on your reading wish list. ;D I heard nothing but great things about My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, so I picked it up today. I also need to catalog my movie collection as well. I need to be on top of things, or otherwise, I am a mess. I am so excited to have a long weekend this coming weekend!! ;D

Hey girl I liked your blog video you posted on facebook. How do you do that anyway.. I am still learning stuff.. We are all fine here. Our son's team (Team Price) won two races in the Dragon Boat trials last night. Once the times are all set.. Tomorrow is the finals and they are up against some pretty good teams.. All for a good cause (Canadian Cancer Society)..I think I posted a video on facebook of some of the races..Gotta go to the Forks again tomorrow to watch of course..I'm watching Kate and Leopold right now with Hugh Jackman and Meg Ryan.. cute..  |

HI There! Well, I may not know where everbody is at this time, but I know where Sunflower and Lacey have been today. On the site. You two had quite a conversation. I read all of them. I am a party pooper. I don't care to get on facebook or I don't twitter. I Just talk a lot. (ha) Sun, we are both alike in that one. Lacey, you are catching up with Sunflower. Oh Sun, you said that you watched " Kate and Leopold" with Meg Ryan, and Hugh Jackman. I watched it too last week. I had never seen it before. It was a very good Movie. I like them both. I haven't been on here for a while, but thought I would see if there was something new, so today, You and Lacey have been a couple of blabber mouths. (ha) Just kidding. Well, I have replied to your email last night. I know you went bowling today. That was your plan anyway. It is getting so cold now out here in sunny California. brurrrr Sunday night, Harry and I nearly froze to death. Our Dogs were hogging the bed, and worse, they had all the covers. Well last night, I put on another blanket, and wore some warmer bed clothes, and we slept so good. Harry hates comforters. I have four of them, and he can't stand them. He says they are too hot. I am glad you are doing well also.
OH! I love those comforters too. I guess I could use mine, if I sleep in the other bedroom.
That may be a good idea. (ha)
Sunflower has already offered to give me the link to facebook, but I Just can't seem to find the time for too many things. I do appreciate your offer though.
Tomorrow the Jerk that murdered my Daughter goes to his hearing. We won't go, cause it won't be the regular trial. The Police said it may be a year before the trial comes up, and then we will go. That will be in Las Vegas, and our other Daughter is going to fly out here for the trial. He is pleading "Guilty" to all charges, but we know why. He is going for a flea bargain, but we don't think he will get one, not with his record. We had to wait for months to finally hear the Sargeant that this killer was charged with Murder. They had to do a lot of investigating, and that is why it took so long.
This has been hell on earth for my Husband and I to lose our Daughter, but we have to go on for our other Children, and Grand Children. I hope none of the members ever have to go through this kind of pain. Maybe some have. I hope I haven't said too much. Just be so thankful that you and everyone still have your Children, and love them with all your hearts, cause we never know what will happen.
