My very first tattoo

I got my very first tattoo today, and thought I'd share a pic. It's tagged to my MySpace. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo... the footprints are just adorable... and I love how he (the artist) designed it!

I justlove it Lacey. Thanks for sharing it with us.. I would love to have a tattoo of a sunflower on my ankle but I am such a "chicken" One of these days.. I say I am too old for that but what the hey....lol

Thank you, Sun! Oh, he was telling stories of people who were 70+ coming in to get tattooed! I think a sunflower would look great! ;D My mom and I went with our cousins and we all got our first tattoo.
I thought that I'd be the biggest crybaby, but I am so proud of myself that I didn't even shed a tear! I now have the tattoo bug! ;D I want another .... oooh!!!(I am so excited!) I am thinking of a small butterfly on my wrist. I love butterflies and there's a personal significance too, so why not? I'd also love to get a tattoo on my back and when I have children, I have an idea for a tattoo on my left ankle.
My brother has an appointment for his third tattoo. He's going to a different artist, so I may go to look at that artist's books.

I'm still thinking. I'd love tattoos, but I don't want to be covered in them. We'll see.

I've been thinking about it, but I haven't made up my mind yet. I do want one on my back, and wrist. I'd go for a tattoo on my left ankle, but I am saving that spot for a special moment- so we'll wait until that happens. It's been a little over two months & I'm still in love with my tattoo! ;D
