Thank you Sunflower for the pictures. Some one is having fun today. Must be you! I like Marilyn alright. I also like Elvis, and Steve Mc Queen. I don't think Mc Queen got the recogntion that he deserved. That is what I read in one of my books about him. Too bad, he never really knew Just how great an Actor that he was to his Fans. Take care Hugs Dee

Hi Again Sunflower, Alex, and Belgium I lost my post for some reason, so here I go again. I loved Cary Grant. in "An Affair to Remember." I cried every time toward the end of that movie, when he went into Terri's bedroom and seen that Portrait, and then he knew why she didn't make it to the empire state building. THAT LOOK!!! It did it every time. No one could have done that better, He was Just great. In comedy, and dramatic roles.
I agree Sun, that Sean Connery was the best OO7 ever, and to me will always be.
Paul Newman and those baby blues. He was also great, and I admire his long marriage. Very unusual in Hollywood.
Now Troy Donahue. What a cutie. I have about three of his movies. One of his quotes in the movie with Sandra Dee. "A Summer Place." He said. I got Sandra Dee pregnant". in that movie. You don't do that to Gidget. (ha) I loved that one. Too bad he passed away, when he was about to marry again. Thanks to all of you for the Great Pictures. Hugs Dee

Hi Alex, You little stinker. but a sweet one. Thank You! And I CRIED. Always do. I had Just on here and seen this one, so I logged in to thank you. Harry came in here, and seen what I was watching, and he looked at me, and laughed. He knew I would cry. I told him that Alex, one of the members sent this to me, cause I said I cry ever time at the end of the movie. You are so right. They Just don't make movies like that anymore. I have a few new ones. I also have many older ones. You enjoy " A Summer Place." and Just kick back and curl up. You are so sweet Thank you so much Hugs Dee

Hi Sun, No I am not that lucky. I don't have that movie, but I have seen it before. At least I don't think I have that one. I was looking through some of my old VHS Movies yesterday, and I found some that I forgot I even had. Some twice. I loved Turner classic movies so much, but it Just got so, expensive with the cable company. We do have cable, but not the real expensive ones. You can't Just order one channel, but the whole package. I would rather Just buy the DVD anyway. I think now that lots of us want to see " A Summer Place." Speaking of Troy Donahue. We heard on the news that his First Wife, Susan Plesette passed away just recently. They of course divorced. She is the one that I asked for her autograph photo a few years ago for Harry's Birthday. he always called her "Suzie Baby." (ha) Well, she sent him a lovely 8 by 10 and autographed it and in the middle she wrote "Suzy Baby. That was so sweet of her. Oh, your pictures were great of Eric and Eliza. Thanks for posting Hugs Dee
