Talk about action packed...my mother reads the Enquirer and she said that they wrote that Christian Bale is difficult to work with. I take everything from those silly magazines with a grain of salt.
The IMAX WAS REALLY COOL, My hubby said it is the biggest screen available and it is 3-D. After seeing it I felt so sad that Heath passed away.
I loved seeing Eric on the screen ............he looked marvelous. Maybe he didn't die when his car crashed and will be in future movies. That would be a dream come true.

For once " The Enquirer." was RIGHT!!! which is unusual. I didn't believe it at first, till Edwards admiitted it. I feel for his Wife, Elizabeth. How she must be hurting. Very sad. Dee ( lorrie)

I am not sure what you are saying Dee.....are you talking about Edwards cheating on his wife ?
I really enjoyed The Dark Knight..It was even better in the IMax. I did take Elaine's advice and rented Batman begins before hand. Thanks for that tip Elaine
I hope they make more movies and that Eric made it through the accident. You never know. I don't remember actually seeing that the accident was fatal. He's the crime boss so if they do a sequel he could very well be in it.
I thought he looked fantastic...Even my husband said he looked great.
We love you Eric and you look marvelous......we love you too Eliza.

Hey GIGI, Those were nice pictures. I have some of them, but there are a few I don't have. Harry and I loved "The Replacement." We have watched that movie so many times. I don't have any Pictures of Heath Ledger, or I would send them to you, and you could post them. I loved Heath in " 10 things I hate about you." An older movie, but a very cute one. You have probably seen it before. Yes, I was talking about John Edwards, and his Wife Elizebeth. it has been all over the news. CNN, SNBC. FOX. ABC, CBS, and NBC. I feel bad also cause she has Cancer, and this has happened. That is what I was talking about. For once the Enquirer was right, which I never buy anymore. I think "People magazine" is the most truthful. I also took Elaine's advice and watched "Batman Begins." I still haven't seen "The Dark Knight." We are planning to though. Take care Dee

Ahhhhh, yes, I thought you were talking about Edwards. I have been watching MSNBC & FOX a lot because of the coming election.
It really got me when he said "She was in remission when I had the affair" . like duh, that makes it a little better. I never thought I would see this happen to him.
Boy, there sure is a lot of cr ap going on in this election. But that is nothing new, I just pray the right man wins.
I know it would be naive but I just want to say "why can't we get along" I know the answer. I don't want to get into politics, but it is just a crazy world.

Yes, many of those pictures have been posted. All of us have been re-postsing pictures that are already here, but it is nice to see them again. Here is a more recent one. I can't remember what program I was watching ( I think it was a newer Law and Order) Eric's hair was longer but feathered and it was very dark with a little pepper on the sides. Does anyone remember Eric in a program with his hair like that. I don't think it's the L & O where he is an high ranking officer who lost his job. He looked so handsome in it. But then Eric would look handsome no matter how his hair is cut.

Lame isn't even a strong enough word for that comment Dee. It was down right stupid, shameful and it should have never come into play. I don't really think it did. I think he just thought it sounded better. I just think he wasn't thinking when he said that. Can you imagine being in that position and your hubby said , well you were in remission. That should have caused the opposite to happen. The whole thing just make me crazy angry. I bet that little baby is his too. They (who ever they are) say that men and maybe even women who have such a powerful status or being are more se x ually "built" I have been separating the letters because of the high censoring setting on this board. I think it should be lowered a bit. You can't even write we had coc k t ails. This is what happens when you just type it regularly thingytails. Silly isn't it.

Hey there Gigi You are so sweet to post those black and whites for me. and I loved the Sunflower message.. I am also so glad you and your hubby had a chance to go and see the Dark Knight for yourselves.. I have to convince Dee that she and Harry should also see it in an Imax or Giant screeen setting. it won't be the same on TV unless of course you do have the giant screen. I had hoped you would see" Batman begins" first. I know for me that it actually helped put the pieces together in the Dark Knight BUT I will still have to see it again. I miss things.. I thought the film was phenomenol. and I too felt so sad that Heath is no longer with us.. He could have gone on to such great things. My heart aches over that. The whole crew felt the same way about him and they all liked him.. I saw the movie at Silver City and finally it will be shown on Imax next weekend sooo My son is going to see it YET again at Imax.. He loved the film!!!Of course he will be buying the movie. I am buying MAMA MIA(haha)Saw that one last weekend and loved it!!! Hey did you notice that your c***tail word wasn't bleeped Gigi(haha).. Did you figure a way to print it (by separating the letters). so it wouldn't get picked up.. Good one yah!! ;D

I know this board and the tight censosring it has,but if you seperate the word it won't get bleeped.
I wasn't referring to only you Sun. There a a ton of pictures that have been posted over and over. In fact there are not many new ones that anyone has recently posted.

Dear friends! I watched this movie the day before yesterday. Frankly, I would say, the movie seemed boring to me ... Just do not need a children's fairy tale was turned into a serious technical history. If bored in the first half of the film, where people in costumes just talk about something, and the second half of the film still has gradually turned into a fairy tale. And the plot is too ordinary. There is no mystery, no philosophy. This we have seen many times. I would only say that the late Heath Ledger frankly and worked really hard. Double daunting role! And he has not stood the strain, because never made false. About Eric. His role was small, unfortunately, without development, it was a key role, but the director does not revealed this role. As a result, I have not felt that Eric - this is a mafia boss - just gentleman in suit, which appears on the screen 4 times for 2-3 minutes and said a few words. Could make this role more meaningful, more dynamic. Of course I am very happy for Eric that he would want to show on screen in such high reyting project, and thanks to the director Nolan that he just invited Eric, though could be invited to such a small role of any other actor. In the first movie "Batman beginning" Nolan invited another wonderful actor Rutger Hauer, who played the selling lawyer, and also the role was very invisibility, although the key. But I liked the beginning of many more. There, more dynamic, more dramatic, although again there is too artificial plot - a plot looks good only as a fairy tale.
