So sad! It has happened to me too years ago with my old PC.
Maybe next time, before taking the Pc to the assistance perform a backup of all your files. Unless of course you can't even start it...

I have had that happen to me too many times djaylio. I would back everything that is important to you monthly. Just copy them to a CD.

Does you computer have the capacity to restore? I think when you start the computer you have to press the F10 button at the top and it should bring you computer back to it's original settings.
But like ayrad said if you can't start it. ...............

Or it may have a restore on the D drive. If it does start maybe we can help you get everything back.

Djaylio I am so sorry that happened to you. it has happened to me a couple of times too. I have lots of photos in my photobucket. I can send you any that you want.. I have learned from what I had done previously. Not saving files.. But my son does it for me sometimes now if they are special to me.. I can e-mail you some photos and you can start again. If they are stored in your photobucket they should all still be there..Let me know .. if you need my help with that part of it just send me your e-mail.. I am not good at the technical stuff so maybe Goldenlady or ayrad can walk you through..
